Thanks for purchasing our services at ZeQube All the payments will be received only after the customer/client’s approval of the service provided. Payments once received will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of any disputes, the query will be resolved within by mutual witness of both the parties.

ZeQube Shipping and delivery Policy

01 Shipment processing time

Manufactured products are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days after payment process. We ship through our logistics partner and services may vary time to time and locations respectively. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and notify you on the website’s dashboard.

02 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

03 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

04 Damages

We in ZeQube follow good packaging practice and it will be tailored according to the product requirement and need. Product once manufactured and shipped will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our team if any assistance required.
